We always have lots of rice left over from our cooking so we thought we would try out this salad. Shrimp or prawns cooked in whole garam masala seeds, fennel, cumin, mustard and cardamon. Ginger, garlic, lemon, olive oil and a few Indian spice powders. We have fresh curry leafs and mint but cilantro could also work really well in the dish.
