Kiffles or Christmas cookies is said to have been originated in Poland and call it "Kolaczki". But some claim it as Hungarian Christmas cookies called "Kifli". While some says, it came from the slave countries in Europe.

No matter where this may have been originated, we are lucky that we have enjoyed this today.

Making this Christmas cookie needs only a few ingredients. But it needs more of your patience. From creaming the butter & cheese to making the dough, cutting it in desired sizes and filling it with jam before baking.
