Baked Mackerel
Ingredients:
1 Mackerel fish
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder

Directions:
1.Filet: cut in half sideways
2. Cut filets into rectangles
3. Skin side down on baking sheet
4. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder
5. Bake at 425F 12-15 Min
