OREO Ice Cream Cake - 2 Tier Cookies & Cream Cake by Cupcake Addiction

Today I show you how to make an easy recipe for Oreo Cookies & Cream Ice Cream cake, thats 2 tiers tall and perfect for birthdays, parties and feeding a crowd on a hot day.

Tools & Equipment:
1 x 12" cake board
1 x 9" cake tin
1 x 6" cake tin
Spatula
Knife
Baking tray, lined with baking paper
Rolling pin
Bowl
Ingredients:
Plain flour
Mini Oreos - LOTS!
4-5 packets of Oreo cookies
Home made Oreo Cookie dough (recipe link below)
400g dark (or milk) chocolate
200g whipping cream (approx 35% milk fat)
4-5 litres of good quality vanilla ice cream
*The better quality you buy, the less 'icey' it will be when you re-freeze. You can also use cookies & cream flavoured ice cream and eliminate the Oreos
