I recorded this video when I’m 38weeks pregnant.

I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy at 34weeks pregnant.

I’ve been doing the routine of face exercise followed by Jade roller, face massage and gua sha at least 2-3 times daily.

I started seeing improvement after 3.5weeks diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy.
