Reach Within Part 1. A young African American girl meditator talks about her experiences seeing energy and sacred beings in her dreams, and while meditating. An older simple man who lives off the land, talks about how we are evolving, how to work with energy in a beneficial way, and about the state of our world and how reaching within in the context of community will help us become one.
