Saathi won the $50,000 grand prize in the social enterprise track of the 2014 New Venture Competition. Founded by Amrita Saigal, MBA 2014 and Kristin Kagetsu, Saathi provides affordable sanitary pads made from waste banana tree fiber to women in rural India.
