Beef tongue - 1 kg
Beef stock- 200 ml
Garlic- 4 cloves
Ginger- 30 gm
Onion- 1 large
Fresh chili- 4 pieces
Bell peppers- 50 gm
Bay leaf- 2 pieces
Carrots- 75 gm
Baby corn- 80gm
Spring onion- 2 twig
Ground black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce- 70ml
Soya sauce- 30 ml
Cooking oil
First clean and boil the beef tongue for 2 hours or less until the tongue is tender.set it aside but keep the stocks because you will use it later.
Once the tongue is cooling down cut it into small strips and again set it aside.
Heat some oil and add the garlic ginger onion and bay leaves saute for 2 minutes.add the beef tongue and fresh chili and stir..now add the oyster sauce soya sauce beef stock and cook for 5 minutes.add the carrots baby corn bell peppers spring onions ground black pepper and cook it again for another 5 minutes.
