SOUR CREAM RECIPE
Take 1/4 cup milk and add 1 tbsp lemon juice
Keep it for 5 mins
Add 1/2 cup fresh to this and keep it overnight



INGREDIENTS
• 150 gms Cream cheese (I used D’lecta)
• 1/2 bunch chopped spinach (around 200-250 gms)
• 2-3 spoons sour cream (recipe in the last slide)
• Grated cheese (I used mozarella)
• salt and pepper
• Chilli flakes
• Slices of bread
• Oil

DIRECTION
• Take a kadai and add 2 tbsp oil.
• Add chopped spinach and saute till the leaves get cooked
• Take a bowl and add cream cheese, 1/2 cup grated cheese, sour cream. salt, pepper, cream cheese, spinach and mix.
• Take a slice of bread and spread the mixture
• Add some grated cheese on the top
• Bake it in 200 C for 8-10 mins
