The Society of Physics Students scared up science demos for local school children for this year's annual Spooky Science Saturday. They were joined by several science clubs including the Astronomy Club, the Biomedical Engineering Society, the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, the Optical Society of America and more, to foster an interest in science in the community. Thanks to a boosted advertising effort, the turnout for this year's event was up significantly. More kids, more fans of science!
