"The Architecture of Competitions"

It is part and parcel of human nature to pit oneself against rivals. This surely is also at the root of the long-established tradition of competition among architects - a lecture on the history of architecture competitions, its rules, the methods for their management and samples from current projects in Europe and Asia.
