Banana Bread is my favourite of all time, it goes so well with a cup of coffee or even a slice for breakfast, and this banana bread will stay fresh for days, soooo moist.

here is the recipe:
110g butter
190g caster sugar
2 large eggs
240g self raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 large bananas
Optional: 140g chocolate chips or chopped nuts
