Sebastien Silvestri, CEO of The Dinex Group, is focused on defining the next era for the group's collection of restaurants and brands. Since joining Dinex in August 2019, Sebastien has expanded the company's global operations, opening Brasserie Boulud in Dubai, Café Boulud in Nassau, Bahamas, and Café Boulud in the Berkshires. During the pandemic, he launched Daniel Boulud Kitchen, an online platform for delivering gourmet food. Additionally, he co-founded two foundations with Daniel Boulud to address pandemic hardships: Hand in Hand, which has raised over $600,000 for former employees, and Food1st, which distributed over 800,000 meals to first responders and New Yorkers in need.

Silvestri has overseen significant new projects, including the opening of Le Pavillon at One Vanderbilt in May 2021, Le Gratin at The Beekman Hotel, and Joji at One Vanderbilt.
