According to yoga, each individual jiva atma, or eternal spirit soul, has residing within our heart Paramatama, our Sweet Lord.
When we say “Namaste” to a person, for the deepest meaning, we pay respects to the Sweet Lord who is residing in that individual’s heart.
I’m producing a new music video, "Oh My Sweet Lord", and I’m hoping it will help all of us to increase our awareness of the Sweet Lord who resides in our heart.
