WATERMELON SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE:
makes about 2 cup simple syrup
1 cup watermelon juice
½ cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Add sugar to a sauce pan. Then add the watermelon juice to the sauce pan, just enough to wet the sugar. let cook on medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool completely before using it in any recipe.

MACARON CREAM RECIPE:
¼ cup of simple syrup
8 oz. mascarpone cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Combine both ingredients in a bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Pipe into macarons shells. Make sure to refrigerate cookie, if not eating right away.

WATERMELON SORBET RECIPE:
6 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup blackberries, frozen
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
About 1-1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS;
Put all of your fruit, sugar, and lemon juice into your blender. Add half a cup of water at a time until you get the consistency of sorbet. If the blender is having a hard time blending everything that means you need more water. Serve immediately. If you plan on freezing the rest of your sorbet, let it sit out of the freezer to soften about 30-60 minutes before you would like to eat it.

VANILLA CAKE RECIPE:
Yields: About 20 depending on mason jar size
2 cups sugar
¾ cup canola oil (or vegetable)
4 eggs
2 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups AP Flour
1 cup vanilla almond milk (or regular milk)
2 drops dark green food coloring
2 drops light green food coloring
2 drops dark pink food coloring

DIRECTIONS:
Add the sugar and oil to the bowl of stand mixer (or use your hand mixer,) and whisk on medium speed until the two ingredients are combined. Then add in the eggs one at a time, until combined, about 15 seconds. Next add in the baking powder, vanilla extract and half of the flour and continue to mix. Add the milk, mix for another 15 seconds, and then add in the rest of the flour and mix until everything is combined. Make sure to scrape down the sides all the way to the bottom of the bowl, and give it another quick mix to make sure all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
Once the batter is done, separate it evenly into 3 bowls. Add one of the food coloring colors to each of the bowl until you reach your desired color. Place in a buttered and floured pan. *Note the size or shape of the pan doesn't really matter, as long as your batter doesn't exceed the height of 1/4-1/3 of an inch. Bake at 350F for 45 minute, or until you can stick a tooth pick in the cake and it comes out clean. Trim off the top if needed to create a flat surface. Take a biscuit cutter, and cut out the correct circle for your mason jar.

WATERMELON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING RECIPE:
½ cup watermelon simple syrup
1 8oz. package of cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Then add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time until everything comes together. Make sure to scrape down the sides all the way to the bottom of the bowl, and give it another quick mix to make sure all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
