Tim Morris, Professor of Management Studies, with co-authors Will Harvey (Exeter) and Milena Mueller-Santos (Kellogg College), explain their research into managing the disconnect between reputation and identity in professional service firms. Conducted with a management consultancy, the paper’s authors have recommendations for professionals hoping to better align and manage their reputation and identity.
