Pork--------------1/4 kg
Pumpkin---------800 gm
Bokchoy---------40 gm
String beans---40 gm
Coconut milk--400 ml
Onion------------1 large
Ginger-----------30 gm
Chili--------------2 pieces
Fish sauce-----20 ml
Garlic------------4 cloves
Salt---------------1/2 tsp
Shrimp paste---2 tbsp
Whole pepper corn-1/2 tbsp
Water-------------500 ml
Cooking oil------30 ml
Heat the oil then add the ginger garlic and pork cook for 4 minutes until the pork turns into light brown. add the water whole pepper corn and salt, bring it to a boil for 7 minutes with cover. now add the pumpkin onion shrimp paste coconut milk and fish sauce cook it again for 5 minutes. Add the string beans and chili cook for another 5 minutes.lastly add the bokchoy cook it for 3 minutes and it is ready to served.
