To make this you will need the following
Fried pork belly---250gm
White pumpkin--1 med.size
Tomato-----1 large size
Onion-------1 med.size
Carrots-----100gm
Garlic----- 2 cloves
Fish sauce---3 tbsp
Fresh chili-- 2 pieces
Salt---1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper--1/2 tsp
Pork stock---400 ml
Cooking
Heat some oil add the crushed garlic onion and tomato' saute for 2 minutes. now add the fried chop pork belly stir it again for 2 minutes. then add the white pumpkin (Upo) and carrots, saute again for another 2 minutes. lastly, add the pork stock salt ground black pepper fresh chili and fish sauce.cook for 7 minutes and it is ready to serve
