Burger Seasoning:
Ground Beef or Turkey
Garlic Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Jarlsberg Cheese Slice
How to make:
1. Shape your Burgers and put a dimple in each one
2. Season both sides with your Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper
3. Put them on the grill and cook to your preferred temperature
4. A few minutes before they’re done add a Jarlsberg Cheese slice to the top of each one
Omelette Bun:
4 Large Whole Eggs
Chopped Red Onion
1 Serving Bacon Bits
Garlic Powder
Jarlsberg Cheese Slice
How to make:
1. Whisk together your Eggs
2. Take out a pan, turn your burner on medium heat, and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
3. Pour your Eggs in
4. Add in your optional Red Onion, Bacon Bits, Garlic Powder, and Cheese
5. Folder it over after 1-2 minutes and cook each side to your liking
6. Cut it in half and throw your Burger inside!
TIPS: Use whatever seasonings, vegetable, or meats that you want in your omelette bun!
Play with the macros by using less/more eggs/meat!
