Hello There,
I'm Bob Francis and today I'm going to mention important weight loss habits that will, indeed, help you lose weight effectively. Let's start!
1. Evaluate eating habits - it's going to help you identify bad habits you can change e.g. eating late at night
2. Create a strategy for your meals and snacks e.g. prepare healthy snacks to eat during typical time of the day when you'd normally crave for some unhealthy snack
3. Never shop for food when hungry! Go to the store after eating and avoid impulse purchases, make a to-buy list
4. Don't skip meals
5. Eat from a plate sitting down
6. Don't transfer food to a bowl and set it onto a table, serve in individual plates and leave extras on the stove. This will prevent you from refilling your plate
7. Eat slowly, chew every bite, and savor the food
8. Dinner should be your last meal of the day
9. Treat snacks like mini-meals
10. Have breakfast every day to boost energy levels and metabolism.
