Solutions to complex problems undoubtedly need people with a wide range of skills and backgrounds. We organised a 2-day residential retreat with MBA and Masters students as part of the Oxford Saïd 1+1 Programme on May 18-19 at Egrove Park in Oxford. An experiential weekend with a circular dinner, lots of fun and also time for self-reflection to discuss issues such as power & privilege, leadership & character, circular economy and legacy.
