It's starting to feel like summer! And what better way o kick it off than to make some yummy popsicles. It's great because you can monitor the sugar and have fresh, healthy ingredients in them.

CANTALOUPE POPSICLE RECIPE:
Yields: 2 cups of liquid. For my popsicle containers, that equaled 6 popsicles
1 cup cantalope
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp honey or sugar

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE RECIPE:
**DIRECTIONS ACCIDNTALLY SAY TO REFRIGERATE. PLEASE FREEZE FOR 2 HOURS LIKE THE REST OF THE POPSICLES
Yields: 2 cups of liquid. For my popsicle containers, that equaled 6 popsicles
6-7 Strawberries, de-stemed
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk, or whole milk
2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sugar

KEY LIME PIE POPSICLE RECIPE:
Yields: 2 cups of liquid. For my popsicle containers, that equaled 6 popsicles
3/4 cup lime juice
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk, or whole milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup of graham cracker crust crumbs
1 tbsp lime zest, optional
