Hello Girls,
Hope you must have watched my last video on 5 best Morning Skincare Routine. Now today I'm going to tell you the 5 Best Night time Skincare Routine that you must follow at night. You follow these steps to protect and maintain your good look.
1. Remove your Makeup
First of all, remove your makeup with face wipes. Cleans it slowly, don't rub it. Removing your makeup helps your skin to breathe fresh air.
2. Wash Your Face with Water
Wash your face with water and pat dry your face with soft clean towel. Washing your face with water helps clean the skin and remove all the dirt that has accumulated on the folds of the skin.
3. Apply Moisturizer
Then apply a good moisturizer. Use different moisturizer for your face and body. Moisturizer helps to promote healthy skin cells and smooth skin
4. Apply Lip Balm
Don't forget your lips. Apply a good lip balm or you can even apply Vaseline to your lips. This keeps your lips soft until the morning.
5. Drink Water
Drink 1 or 2 glass of water at night. Try to drink water 1-2 hours before going to bed. As we all know water helps to keep our body hydrated.
Last bonus tip is to sleep well. You need a beauty sleep of atleast 7 to 8 hours each night.
