Hey, what's up? I'm Jay Kali, an online personal trainer with kalicoaching.com and today I'm going to bring you my five best workouts that every woman should try. If you're bored with your current training style and you need something to spice up your life, try one or try all five and see which one you like the best. The first one we're going to do is the body weight Tabata. What this is, this is actually a high intensity interval protocol that Dr. Tabata invented from Japan. What he did is, he had his subjects do 20 seconds as fast as they can, as hard as they can on the bike and then take 10 seconds slow, easy, smooth reps.
They're going to go hard for 20 seconds, slow down for 10 seconds. What they're going to do is, they're going to do this for eight full rounds, so one round is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Do that for eight times. Recently a lot of people have been mixing in different exercises with this. They'll use a bike, they'll use body weight, they'll use dumbbells, even kettle bells, all the way up to barbell exercises. I really recommend just using the bike or even just using body weight exercises.
You don't really need to go heavy in this, the goal is just to get your heart rate as high as it can in that 20 seconds and then recover a little bit in that 10 seconds. Try this one out, you're going to get a good pump, you're going to get that heart rate pumping and you're going to feel a lot of sweat on this one, so try it out and let me know what you think in the comments.
