Today I am sharing 5 easy and healthy snack ideas which are idea for both adults and kids. We are in the middle of homeschooling and my kids are hungry all day long, so I love to prepare some healthy snacks which they can eat during the day to keep their hunger at bay!!

FLAPJACK:
300g rolled oats
1 mashed banana
130ml milk
75g honey
75g coconut oil
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2tsp cinnamon
grind salt
1tsp baking powder
1 egg
200g blue berries

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES:
300g peanut butter
100 sugar
1 egg

ZUCCINI BITES:
2 cougettes
100g flour
100g cheese
2 eggs
2tsp oregano
Salt & pepper

COCONUT & BLUEBERRY BALLS:
150g rolled oats
2tbsp flax seeds
1tbsp chia seeds
1tsp cinnamon
130g peanut butter
75g honey
1tsp vanilla extract
100g blueberries
1 grind salt
Desiccated coconut

CHOCOLATE COATED CONES:
Ice cream cones
Dark chocolate
Fruit of choice
