► JACK-O-LANTERN PLATTER:
15-20 clementines, peeled (pumpkin)
8-10 celery sticks (stalk)
1 cup grapes (eyes)
10-12 strawberries (mouth)
Yogurt fruit dip:
½ cup yogurt of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
On an oval platter, layer peeled clementine slices. (Leave spaces for the stalk at the top and nose in the middle!)
Add celery sticks as your stalk, a handful of grapes for each eye, and strawberries for the mouth.
To make your fruit dip, combine yogurt, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl and stir to combine. Transfer to a small dish and place in the center of your platter as your jack-o-lantern nose!
