5 things I always do when I’m on vacation

I know this might not be a popular opinion but going on vacation is not an excuse to not prioritize your health. I have a lot of clients who go on vacation and here are my priorities that I share with them:

1. Workout - sweat, move your body, otherwise when you come home, you’ll feel like you need a vacation from your vacation. Europe or Disney? You don’t need to workout if you’re getting in 15k steps a day!

2. I do sorta practice IF. Since we are with kids, dinners are early. This helps me not feel bloated and keeps things regular. If I wanna eat earlier though and Im hungry, I do.

3. I focus on protein! It’s hard to over eat when your eating plenty of protein. Helps keep cravings for bad food down. I don’t restrict myself but when you eat good food, your body wants good food! I brought my @alohamoment protein bars.

4. Stay hydrated obviously.

5. Enjoy myself! I love tequila. I’m not ordering strawberry daiquiris bc they are loaded with sugar and I don’t like rum but a skinny marg or tequila soda with grapefruit or tequila soda splash or margarita mix is my go to. It’s all about balance ????????????
