INGREDIENTS
1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough
8 double-stuffed chocolate cookie sandwiches
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Take a golf ball-size handful of cookie dough and press it flat.
3. Place a sandwich cookie in the center, then fold the cookie dough around the edges, making sure there are no gaps. Press and shape the dough around the cookie, then repeat with remaining dough and cookies.
4. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and bake for 14 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
Birthday Cake Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough
½ cup white chocolate chunks
¼ cup sprinkles
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Combine cookie dough, white chocolate, and sprinkles in a bowl until evenly distributed.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, place 6 scoops of dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 14 minutes.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 4.5 ounce box chocolate mint thins, chopped
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS
1 box brownie mix
2 eggs
⅓ cup oil
1 16.5-ounce tube of cookie dough
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Combine the brownie, eggs, and oil until a sticky dough forms.
3. Take an even amount of cookie dough and brownie dough and roll them into a golf ball-sized sphere. Repeat with the remaining dough.
4. Place 6 balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 14 minutes.
