My name is Ali Graboski and today I'm going to talk about twin pregnancies and how to deal with such a change in your life. Before you worry, pay attention to what I have to say.
Being pregnant is wonderful and it is even more amazing to carry twins. Here are my tips for moms carrying twins:
1. Visit the doctor more often - carrying twins comes with more risks than a singular pregnancy.
2. Think through your birth plan as soon as possible - think about how and where you want the twins to come into the world.
3. Eat at least 600 calories in a day - you need to cover the caloric content for three, so make sure to get your fill.
4. Do not fret over the size of your belly - allows the doctor to monitor your size and stay relaxed in the meantime.
5. Physical exercise - Stay in physically active, you will have a healthier pregnancy and give birth more easily.
6. Prepare for an early birth - twins have the tendency to come into the world earlier than expected.
