What exactly is an "ego"? The identity that our minds create about ourselves can be described as our “ego”, which is the translation for “I” or “me” in Latin. Being confident in yourselves and your skills are great, but being overconfident causes people to have very large egos. Large egos can easily get in the way of your relationships, both on a personal and a business level. Here are a few signs you're letting your ego control your life without realizing it.
