The less moistening with products, the more supple skin. Excessive moisturizing makes your skin lazy and stops it from producing its own natural moisture. To train To train your skin to keep producing its own moisture, try skin fasting. Once a week, go to bed without applying any moisturizer. How easy is that?
5. The Less Washing,Acne Free Skin
Excessive washing can strip away your skin's natural oils which are necessary for healthy condition. In general, it's fine to wash your face with only water in the morning. It's common that teenagers with acne often excessively wash their faces, but in fact that excessive washing is making the acne worse. Skin needs natural oils, but because excessive washing kills good bacteria and natural oils, the skin tries to produce more oils excessively, which ends up in acne.
6. Don't Expect Quick Fixes.
Chemical skincare products can reduce age spots or wrinkles over night, but those don't last.It takes a minimum of 28 days for skin to renew itself. So if you see any change overnight, it's just the product that is covering up the problem temporarily.
7. The Less Friction, The Less Pigmentation
Any frication causes cell damage. Look at your panty line. If there's a dark mark, that is due to fabric friction. The same applies to your face. When skin cells are damaged by friction, they become darker and thicker to protect from further damage. So, don't rub your skin excessively. If you have to scrub the face periodically, do the bare minimum. When you use towel after washing, do that gently. Never rub.
