United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres issued a strong call to action to tackle climate change and protect the world’s oceans. Addressing leaders at the Pacific Islands Forum in Fiji, he hailed their vision of the region’s ‘Blue Continent’ and stressed the value of their voices and experience.
