ABC Sauce Chicken is made incorporating ABC Sauce or Kecap Manis

This, along with a few other regular marinade sauces as well as dried chilies, curry leaves, and black pepper, goes into making this super simple and lip-smacking Asian Chicken Stir-fry - ABC Sauce Chicken. It is very common in eateries in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

The marinade and the sauce, make it very yummy and often I find my family scraping all the gravy left in their plates off. That sign of satisfaction, that pleases any mother and home-cook :)

The addition of curry leaves, is certainly what gives it a certain special fragrance that makes it all the more appealing! Serve with steamed white rice and vegetables.
