I used to feel like crying when I saw other children with uniforms and bags going to school," says 13-year-old Modu, after he was forced to leave his education behind when he fled Boko Haram violence. Now Modu has returned home, and is one of nearly 90,000 children across northeast Nigeria that UNICEF has helped get back to school.
