Orlando Bloom meets children displaced by Boko Haram in Niger I UNICEF

“It’s hard to when you’re not here to be able to comprehend or understand the depth of pain and distress.” Our Goodwill Ambassador Orlando Bloom recently travelled to Niger where he met children and families displaced by Boko Haram. Over a million children in the region have been forced out of their homes by violence.
Alongside our partners we have increased the level of life-saving support to families affected - providing access to safe water, education, and counselling, as well as vaccines and treatment for malnutrition. We will do whatever it takes to make sure every child has a chance to grow up happy, healthy and safe. Learn more:
