Niger once had one of the highest rates of child mortality but since 1990, the country has made significant progress with a 71 per cent drop in deaths among children under the age of 5. Born during bleaker times, 25-year-old Halima, a civil engineer and blogger, travels to meet Rabie, 34, to see how raising her children has changed over the years.
