Ballerina Barbie Cake! Easy Ballet Tutu Cake with Matching Cupcakes!

Tools & Equipment:
10" cake board (I always have mine on a spinning cake turntable)
Disposable piping bag
Wilton 406 pipit tip (a rose petal tip)
Large serrated knife
Offset spatula
Sharp knife
Spoon
Ballerina barbie doll (try to buy the dolls with plastic clothing on the top half rather than material clothing)

Ingredients:
Raspberry jam/jelly
2 x 7" x 1" vanilla cakes
1 batch pink strawberry frosting (I used my recipe available in the Cupcake Addiction Recipe Book, or you can use your own)
