Betty demonstrates how to make Tuna Canapes. These make a great snack or a light lunch.
Ingredients:
(2) 5-ounce cans of tuna fish, packed in water, drained (Discard drained water.)
½ cup finely chopped celery
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons packaged onion soup mix
toast rounds, crackers, or chips (I used whole grain WASA crispbread, divided into thirds.)
Place tuna, celery, mayonnaise, and onion soup mix in a small mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Place about 1 rounded teaspoon tuna mixture in center of each piece of crispbread (or other base). Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and chill for later serving. Enjoy! Love, --Betty ♥♥♥
