Betty demonstrates how to make Mock Pink Champagne. This is a great nonalcoholic drink for welcoming the New Year!
Ingredients:
1 pint apple juice, chilled
1 quart ginger ale, chilled
a couple of drops of red food coloring
In a large pitcher, stir together chilled apple juice and chilled ginger ale, just before serving. Stir in a tiny amount of red food coloring to achieve a beautiful shade of pink. Pour into champagne flutes and serve immediately. Happy New Year! Love, --Betty & Rick
