Leveraging the University of Pennsylvania's expertise with technology and rare centuries-old manuscripts, the Penn Libraries is digitizing and cataloging medieval and early modern texts from 15 Philadelphia-area institutions. The three-year project, known as BiblioPhilly, includes 475 manuscripts and additional individual pages. The images will be available to the public free of charge on the OPenn database.
