COCKTAIL RECIPES:
Yield: 1 cocktail
*multiply ingredients x4 or x8 etc to make a pitcher

POMEGRANATE MARTINI (POM-TINI)
2 oz of vodka
1/2 oz of triple sec
1/2 oz of lime juice
4 oz of pomegranate juice
Garnish: Either small piece of pomegranate or lime wedge

WHISKEY CIDER SOUR
1 1/2 oz of whiskey
1/2 oz of lemon juice
fill rest of glass with apple cider about 3 oz
Garnish: lemon twist

MOSCOW MULE
1 1/2 oz of vodka
1/2 oz of lime juice
fill rest of glass with ginger beer about 3 oz
Garnish: Candied ginger

POMEGRANATE & PEAR BELLINI
1 oz of pomegranate juice
1 oz of pear nectar (i bought a can of Kern's)
fill rest of champagne flute with champagne
Garnish: pomegranate seeds (odd #s look better visually to the eye)

SPARKLING CARAMEL APPLE MARTINI
1 1/2 oz of vodka
1/2 oz of caramel simple syrup (or can use actual caramel sauce instead)
1 oz of apple cider
fill rest of glass with champagne about 1 oz
*Important tip!! Do not add champagne before mixing the drink. Anything carbonated should never be shaken in cocktails.
Garnish: cinnamon and sugar rim
Approx. 1/8 tsp of cinnamon per 2tbsp
-Just eyeball it!
