Chapli Kebab or Kabab is a Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton, or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty. Chapli Kabab originally comes from the northern areas, in particular Peshawer, capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
