Cheesy Garlic Bread Muffins | Pull-apart style with garlic butter, mozzarella, & parsley. Perfect little appetizer or game day snack *sparkle emoji* Makes 6 large muffins INGREDIENTS 1 16.3-ounce can homestyle biscuit dough ¼ cup chopped parsley 4 mozzarella string cheese, diced 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning (or minced fresh garlic) 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan, for garnish PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 6 cups in a muffin pan. Cut the biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, add the biscuit pieces, parsley, cheese, melted butter, and garlic seasoning. Gently mix until evenly combined. Form the mixture into 6 balls and place in the prepared muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Top with Parmesan to serve.
