Crumb Mix
1 cup of Corn Crumbs
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 bunch of Oregano
1 bunch of Mint
A few sprigs of Thyme
salt and pepper
Zest of one Lemon
Flour
3 Eggs

Salad
1 punnet of cherry Tomatoes
Handful of Basil leaves
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 tbls of white wine vinegar
salt and peper
