Chinese Egg Rolls (Homemade Wrap with Chicken and Vegetable filling)

These Chinese Egg Rolls are so good. The home made wrap provides a crisp on the outside, soft on the inside texture- with a yummy filling. Give it a try for when friends come over.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup cornflour
3 eggs
salt to taste ( I added about 1/4 tsp)
2 1/2 cups water
Filling:
300 gms chicken, cut into small pieces/strips
1/2 cup French beans chopped
1 cup cabbage, large shreds
3 white button mushrooms, stem removed and chopped ( about 1/2 cup)
2 spring onion bulbs with shoots, chopped
1 cup lettuce, shredded
3 Tbsp celery leaves, finely chopped
1 Tbsp green chilli, finely chopped ( use mild or hot chillies, according to taste)
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 Tbsp light soya sauce
