Nutritional Facts

Serving Size: 4 (macros listed per serving below)
• Calories: 133
• Protein: 12 grams
• Carbs: 10.5 grams
• Fat: 4.5 grams

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• ½ pouch of sugar-free chocolate pudding
• ½ block of firm tofu
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
• 4 packets of sweetener (I use Stevia)
• 1 pinch of chocolate sprinkles

Instructions:
1. First, mix in a blender the almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, protein powder and sugar-free chocolate pudding.
2. Next, cut the tofu in small pieces and add to the blender. Make sure to blend it really well until the mixture is smooth and you can no longer see the small pieces of tofu. A good blender should have no problem mixing it but if you have a less powerful one, you might have to open the top and mix the bottom with a fork a few times.
3. Pour the mix in 4 small containers and top it off with a pinch of chocolate sprinkles or fat free whipped cream.
4. You can eat it creamy right off the blender of refrigerate for 2 -- 3 hours for a firmer texture.
