Chocolate MUG CAKE Recipe! Make 5 min Microwave Chocolate CUP-Cake for TWO!

Make these awesome 5 minute Mug Cakes - the truest from of CUP-CAKE there ever was. Recipe makes 2 serves, or one really big one!

Ingredients:
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp fine (caster) sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp oil (vegetable or canola are good, but any will do)
1 splash vanilla essence or extract (approx half a tsp)
1tsp butter or margarine
3tbsp chocolate chips

Bowl
2 x Microwave safe mugs
Spoon
Plastic wrap
Microwave
