Hello friends.These soft bread with the filling of chocolate,which has to be a little easy to make,gives me so much time.Cause I don’t know what mistakes got wrong.The filling,must be a little thicker,and it came out sticky.Sorry,just a first timer.But,the result was fine.And the taste is good.

Ingredients
Chocolate filling:
15g bread flour
5g cornstarch
30g cocoa powder
40g sugar
100g milk
50g bitter chocolate
10g unsalted butter

Bread Dough:
210g bread flour
20g sugar
2g salt
3g dry yeast
4g powdered milk
125g water
20g unsalted butter

Egg wash (1 beaten egg + 1 tbsp water)

Preheat oven at 190 c for 10 minutes
