Coconut Suji Squares (Super Easy. Just Mix and Bake!)

Coconut Suji Squares. Make this Baked Semolina- Coconut Snack Cake! It's just extremely quick and simple to bake any day, any time.

Flavored with coconut milk powder, this is a very handy recipe indeed! These baked squares, are the easiest things you can whip up in just 5 minutes and bake for 30 minutes and enjoy! You can sprinkle your choice of flaked or whole crushed nuts like Almonds or Pistachio on top before baking OR just bake them plain.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Semolina/ Suji
1/2 cup (or a bit less) Kara Coconut Cream Powder
1/2 cup (or a bit less) Icing Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
170 gms can of all-purpose cream
1 small egg, at room temperature
1/4 cup Vegetable oil, plus 1 Tbsp for greasing the baking dish
