Ingredients:
30-33oz (900g-1Litre) cookie jar (clean and dry)
10 oz Plain Flour (1+1/4 cups)
4 oz Oats (1/2 cup) (porridge oats, rolled oats, instant oats)
4 oz Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup)
4 oz Pistachio Nuts (1/2 cup) lightly crushed to bring out colour)
4 oz White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) + extra to fill any excess space (you can also remove some or all of these if you run short of space)
3 oz Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
3 ox Caster (fine white) Sugar (1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
